 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration.

1. Registration:

1.2.   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your  account  credentials. You should not share your login information with  others.

2. Eligibility:

2.1.   By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for   our platform, as outlined during the registration process.

3. Privacy:

3.1.   We collect and process your personal information as described in our   Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to our data practices as   outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4. Use of the Platform:

4.1. You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms.

4.2. You are responsible for your use of the platform and any content you post.

4.3.   You agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws,   infringes on the rights of others, or is harmful, offensive, or  objectionable.

5. Content:

5.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit on our platform.

5.2.   You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,   reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of   providing our platform.

5.3. You agree not to post or share any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Termination:

6.1.   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our   discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not   limited to your breach of these Terms.

7. Amendments:

7.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you.

By   completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have   read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your registration implies   your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to adhere to them.

Cynosure Management Consultants FZ LLC – Youth & Kids Program

Cynosure  Management Consultants FZ LLC (“the Company”) is committed to  protecting the personal information of all participants, parents,  schools, and partners engaged with the Youth & Kids Program. The  Company ensures that personal information is collected, used, and  managed responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection  laws.

The  Company will acquire personal information in a fair and lawful manner,  only collecting data that is necessary for the operation of the Youth  & Kids Program.

Personal information may be used for the following purposes:

• To provide program-related services, including registrations, workshops, exhibitions, and after-program support.
• To respond to inquiries and maintain records of communication for service improvement.
• To better understand participant needs and enhance program planning, development, communication, and activities. 
• To verify participation in events (such as competitions, seminars, or exhibitions) and provide post-event correspondence.
• To maintain and strengthen relationships with schools, partners, and related entities.
• To manage recruitment inquiries, where personal data is provided by applicants. 
• To prepare reports, statistics, or documentation where individual identities cannot be determined.
   

(1) Third-Party Disclosure
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

(2) Sub-contractors
In cases where services are outsourced (e.g., logistics, printing, data  processing), personal information may be shared with sub-contractors  within the limited scope required. In such cases, confidentiality  agreements will be signed, and the Company will supervise proper  handling.

(3) Program-Related Sharing
Personal information may be shared within the Youth & Kids Program’s  managed entities for the purposes outlined in Section 2. Shared  information may include names, contact details, program history, and  inquiry records. The Company remains fully responsible for the  safeguarding of this information.

The  Company will implement necessary security measures to protect personal  data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Staff and related  personnel will be trained in data protection policies to ensure  compliance and proper handling of personal information.

All  inquiries regarding personal information, including requests for  verification, updates, or concerns about handling practices, may be  directed to the Youth & Kids Program office where the information  was first provided.

The  Company will comply with applicable data protection laws and regularly  review and update this policy to ensure ongoing improvement in privacy  protection.
